I. How to update your Contract Information
Go to the AI Avatar Online Store
Click Account, select Contract Information

Fill in your updated information and confirm
Note that: The updated information will be applied to your profile information and all upcoming orders, and will not affect previous orders/contracts.
II. How to update your Contract Information for previous orders
After successfully placing an order, depends on your selection, you will receive PDF Contract via your email, or paper Contract via mail box. For security reasons, Contract Information cannot be edited from the store website by default.
If your information has changed and you need to update the contract information, please follow the steps below:
1. Find your Order ID
Go to the AI Avatar Online Store
Click Account, select Order History

Copy your Order ID
2. Send a request to enable editing
Submit a request using this link:
👉 https://aiavatar-help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/newInclude your Order ID and explain that you want to update Contract Information
We will process your request within 02 working days. You will receive an email once your contract is available for editing
3. Update your Contract Information
Return to the AI Avatar Online Store

When your order status is Contract Available, choose Edit Contract
Fill in your updated information and confirm
⚠️ Important note:
It is suggested that you double-check all details carefully before submitting, and be responsible with the Contract Information.

The updates will be applied to only that order, your contract information and upcoming orders, and will not affect to other orders/contracts.
